On April 10, 2018, 22 teachers and students of study tour from Hipeng Middle School, Germany visited Chongqing Middle School ,in Sichuan.

Everything is thriving in the northern mountain of Chongzhou and the breeze was blowing gently. The 22 European visitors of study tour experienced the culture of Buddhism in an ancient temple of Sanlang ,a town in Chongzhou, under the leadership of Liqiong Yuan, the director of Foreign Exchange Office in Chongqing Middle School in the early morning. Afterwards, the visitors were shown around the farming museum and folk museum in Weijiang scenic, Jiezi , an ancient town in Chongzhou, which left a deep impression on them.

The teachers and students fully appreciated the cultural customs during their unforgettable shopping and tour in Jize in the western Sichuan. They were shown around the school yard, the school history museum and art gallery, in Chongqing Middle School. The history and the outstanding traditions impressed the German youth deeply. A brief welcome ceremony was held for the guests from Germany. The principal Kangyong Ren wished that the students from two countries communicate more with each other and make friends in his speech.

These students showed great interest in Chinese traditional dances, music, martial art and calligraghy during the communication with the student clubs.

The visitors left pleased with themselves and yearning for more  after the one-day visit in Chongzhou.
